INTERIOR DESIGN

Our contemporary interiors are designed to take life in their stride. Clean and uncluttered, with materials including wood, porcelain, steel and glass which, in keeping with current trends, reflect a style that is both functional and sophisticated.

On offer is a choice of four interior palettes, Layered Elegance, White 'n Wood, Raw Texture and Colour Block. Whilst these options reflect clear differences in the overall look and feel, certain elements are common to all, namely:

And lastly, buying off plan means you have a degree of choice within the abovementioned four palettes.

LAYERED ELEGANCE

Though retaining a classic neutrality, this colour palette extends beyond the simple elegance of whiteness and introduces a range of greys, charcoals and soft blacks. The layered design strategy adds depth and complexity to the interior and will complement a classic/contemporary approach to the decor and furnishings.

White 'n Wood »

INTERIOR DESIGN

WHITE 'N WOOD

This is the cleanest of the four concepts. As such, it explores the refined simplicity of combining just two essential elements - white and wood. Whether the timber is a soft, natural Oak finish or a stained dark Ebony to contrast the white, the result, though strikingly different, will be a study in design restraint, showcasing the classic qualities of the white and the warmth of the wood.

RAW TEXTURE

This option is expressed as either textured materials painted (painted wood, bagged and painted brick) or installed in their 'raw' state. Tiles are selected for their texture as well as their colour. The result is an interior that, though essentially classic, is well suited to a more modern, informal lifestyle.

COLOUR BLOCK

In this range, the contrasts are further amplified to create a moodier, more urban interior. Timbers are darker, fabrics are bolder and the greys more saturated and graphic. As a playful counterpoint to the richness of the main palette, bright colour blocks are introduced in carefully selected positions to present a sophisticated but modern interior.
